The aim of this document is to describe impact on the in scope services of WIP projects which may include either new applications, major new functionalities within existing applications, or new or enhanced infrastructure. The Operations must feed inputs into this report which in turn will feed back to Operations to plan for aspects like Demand and Supply etc.
